Home Yoga Studio has created a 50 hour mentorship program designed for the certified yoga teacher to advance their practice, teaching knowledge, and confidence in teaching. The goal of this program is to serve as a bridge between a foundational Yoga teacher training to help advance the yoga teachers skills through supervised teaching, advanced sequencing , advanced adjustments workshop and much more. This program is open to anyone with a 200hour YTT certification. Please feel free to reach out to Adriane or Ashley if you have any questions.
Included in program:
A chance to get on the Home Yoga sub list.
Hands on experience assisting, and teaching under guidance of a senior teacher.
Discounted unlimited membership through the mentorship.
Covered Topics:
Presence: Finding your voice, Supervised Teaching, Get over Imposter syndrome
Injury Prevention: Assessing and preventing Injuries
The Art of Teaching: Commanding a class, Clear instructions
Sequencing: Advanced Sequencing Guidance.
Learn How to Teach a Private/ Read Bodies: Learn how to teach privates/ private groups and how to asses your clients.
The Art of Adjustments: Learn how to enhance a students experience with hands on assists.
Additional Responsibilities
Establish a daily meditation practice
Assist a weekly yoga class with Ashley or authorized teacher
Teach in a weekly rotating donation public class

ABOUT ASHLEY:
Ashley began practicing yoga on a regular basis in 1999 and immediately felt a strong connection to it. In 2009, she did her 200 hour certification and continues to actively engage life as practice of yoga. She consistently practiced yoga through her first 2 pregnancies, and completed an 100 hour Advanced Pre and Post Natal Yoga training during her third pregnancy. Ashley is known for having a gentle heart. She is easy to be around and her intention is to offer a practice where people feel supported, calm and safe. Ashley uses essential oils in her classes to deepen the body mind connection.
