Alicia Richardson
Friday 5:15pm
Alicia was called to the mat to help with her depression back in 2018 attending her first spritual/yoga retreat. Having only dabbled in yoga through some online videos for fitness reasons she was surprised to learn how all encompassing a practice could be for your mind, body and spirit.
In fall 2020 she decided to pursue her RYT 200 certification with Home Yoga Temecula in hopes to deepen her personal practice with no intention to teach (which Adriane lovingly laughed when she claimed this). She has since fallen in love with teaching and couldn’t imagine a life without it. She teaches yoga to help others find peace in being human and hopes to help others know that they are never alone like she once felt.
In addition to teaching Alicia is also a private chef specializing in yoga retreats. She uses this opportunity to teach others how to nourish their body and relearn their relationship to food and nutrition. Wellness has been a passion of hers for years having struggled with eating disorders herself.
She specializes in Yin Yoga using Chinese medicine to mindfully build each class providing maximum healing. She partners this with using essential oils to deepen the body mind connection as well with hands on adjustments.

Ashley Grew up in North County San Diego surrounded by the culture of yoga. The idea and experience of yoga has always intrigued and moved her. She began a meditation series at the YMCA at the age of 12 and incorporated yoga as a competitive gymnast as an adolescent. Doing this work at such a young age ingrained in her a deep-rooted understanding of the necessity and importance of duality. It takes both strength and fluidity to practice anything in an aligned way.
She began practicing yoga on a regular basis in 1999 and immediately felt a strong connection to it. In 2009, she did her 200 hour certification and continues to actively engage life as practice of yoga. She consistently practiced yoga through her first 2 pregnancies, and completed an 100 hour Advanced Pre and Post Natal Yoga training during her third pregnancy. Ashley is known for having a gentle heart. She is easy to be around and her intention is to offer a practice where people feel supported, calm and safe. Ashley uses essential oils in her classes to deepen the body mind connection.

Mikal Davis
Monday 10:30 am & Thursday 6:30 pm
Mikal found his way onto the mat by chance and the invitation of a friend, and was immediately hooked. As a hyper active person with many passions and hobbies, finding a way to come to center and find stillness while exerting energy, and increasing familiarity and intimacy with the body and self, was a life changing experience.

Our Substitute Teachers
Lorrie Shepard
Lorrie’s yoga journey beginning in the B.K.S. Iyengar tradition in 2000, swiftly transitioned from tentatively taking her first class to attending as many classes as would fit into her schedule. Eventually, there came a moment when she realized yoga was no longer something she did, it illuminated who she is.
Now with multifaceted experience and trainings under her belt, Lorrie; who is herself a forever student, teaches AcroYoga, partner yoga and yoga nidra workshops, and vigorous vinyasa classes. The healing art practice of meta/loving kindness has cracked Lorrie’s heart wide open. Her classes blend traditional and healing qualities of yoga through the lens of devotion and love. She encourages students to explore, discover and cultivate their potential and bring lightness into their practice and into their lives.
Alex Bedolla
Alex first started their yoga practice looking for a way to destress from a career that was not fulfilling them. They quickly fell in love with the practice, turning it into a passion. Yoga started off as purely physical practice for Alex, until they were challenged to try yin which helped them begin to quiet the mind. Yoga taught them how to be more aware and mindful of their body, breath, and mind.
Alex went to live in South Korea for three years where they continued their yoga practice in new styles. In April of 2023 Alex went to Bali to complete an intensive 200-hour teacher training where for a month, they were completely immersed in yoga, spending every day with meditation, yoga, and learning about different topics from a group of experienced teachers from all over the world. Upon returning to the States, Alex was looking for a new studio to call home, leading them to Home Yoga. Their experiences have shaped the way they view and teach yoga. Alex’s goal as a teacher is to challenge their students while helping them learn to bring awareness into their body.

Brian (Masker) Walters
Masker's journey into yoga began completely by chance. As a child of age three a game character by name of Dhalsim on “Street Fighter II” piqued his interest and curiosity in Indian lore and mythology. The character had a signature move called yoga flame, that introduced masker to a world and a word he had never heard before “YOGA”. This became the catalyst which propelled him to give him first yoga class, consisting of Masker and his four sisters emulating the moves on the screen. As a lifelong student of the esoteric in all forms, yoga has allowed Masker to develop an introspective worldview and understanding of the living form, Psyche, an essence of humanity working as a singular entity as opposed to separate and opposing factions. After receiving his 200 hour YTT as well as his credentials as a reiki master in 2016 he continued his yoga journey earning his 500 hour in 2022 as well as his Kemetic yoga certifications. In addition to yoga instruction, Masker is also a mobility and movement coach specializing in hyperbolic stretching and belly dance.
