  • Slow Flow and Restore class is really just that. We move slowly and consciously with breath to bring more awareness to the moment. By doing so, we have the great opportunity to take what we practice during our yoga class off the mat to truly live in the present; being IN the moment rather than noticing at some point huge chunks of time, of life, has slipped away. With the addition of restorative yoga poses, which involves utilizing props and gravity to release held tension and stress, we offer a time of reseting and rejuvenation, inside and out. This class is designed to accommodate everyone from the seasoned yogi who desires a calming practice to balance their active life - to the true beginner.

  • The Viniyoga method of yoga is based on the deep relationship between breath and movement, experiencing yoga from the inside out and providing a sound approach to practicing āsana (yoga postures). The deep slow rhythmic breath that you will master naturally creates a calm and focused mind and reduces stress on a physiologic level. The Viniyoga teacher incorporates safe and effective sequencing, and adaptation of poses to suit individual needs. Viniyoga classes may at times include seated breath awareness (pranayama), meditation and other yogic techniques. Flow: Synchronize movement to the rhythm of the breath, entering a state of flow in a dance-like practice of moving from one āsana to the next.

  • Join us for a Level 1/2 Ashtanga Flow Class (Familiarity with yoga recommended). These classes are based on the Ashtanga primary series, with exploratory poses and modifications to make the practice more accessible. Explore the benefits of the disciplinary practice of Ashtanga to deepen your comfortability with ALL yoga asana practices.

  • Join us every Sunday for a slow and extended alignment based practice. This class uses the art of story telling, yoga, music and mantras to deepen your own spiritual practice and end your weekend on a zen note. Get ready to sweat, laugh, connect to your community and essence nature.

  • Connected Warriors* is a National Organization that provides free yoga for military veterans, active duty, service members and their families. It has been proven that yoga benefits the physical, mental and emotional levels in the body, encouraging self-acceptance and mindfulness. This mixed level class includes asana(poses), meditation, and pranayama (breathing) while emphasizing the mind body connection.
