Retail

All sales are final. Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any retail items.

Classes

Cancellations: You can cancel your class reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class time will incur a $5 fee.

  • No Shows: Missed classes will be forfeited with no refund.

Appointments

  • Cancellations: You can cancel appointments up to 12 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours are subject to extra fees or a loss of the appointment, as outlined by the vendor's policy.

  • No Shows: Missed appointments are non-refundable and may incur additional charges.

Enrollments

Cancellations Before Start: You may cancel your enrollment in a training program up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund.

  • Cancellations After Start: After the program has begun, no refunds will be issued.

  • Credit Option: If you wish to cancel after the program has started, you can opt for full credit towards future training or workshops (subject to availability) if canceled within 30% of the program's completion.

  • Credits & Expiration: Any credit issued must be used within 1 year from the original program start date.

  • Missed Sessions: You can make up missed classes/trainings within the same training cycle or within a 12-month period. Arrangements must be made with the instructor.

Trainings

Cancellations Before Start: You may cancel your enrollment up to 7 days before the training start date for a full refund, minus the deposit.

  • Cancellations After Start: Once the training has begun, no refunds will be issued.

  • Credit Option: If you need to withdraw after the training has started, you may request a credit for a future training, provided you have attended less than 50% of the sessions, minus the deposit.

  • Credit Expiration: Training credit must be used within two calendar years from the original payment date. If tuition prices increase, additional payments may be required.

  • No Discounts or Promotions: Refund credits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

  • Missed Sessions: Missed training sessions may be made up in a future training within two years, based on availability.
